We face ourselves in the mirror when we're at our best and at our worse. Regardless, we confront ourselves respectfully when we've acted wrongly.

Good evening, Thursday, September 1st, 2022.

This evening, we're going to confront ourselves, confess any guilt, any liability we might have from this day.

It could be something very simple. It could be something that weighs extremely heavily on the conscience.

And one of the best ways to do this is to face yourself in the mirror.

I generally despise looking at my own reflection. But in this exercise, it's exceptionally important.

Because we got to make eye contact with ourselves. We gotta be gentle in our attitude and approach. And non-judgemental, which is difficult.

And if I stand in front of the mirror and say, "Today I am guilty of doing something I shouldn't have done. Or today I'm guilty of not having faced a situation that required me to be there."

And just hold that eye contact, for a few moments.

Just confess and offer compassion. We're not trying to fix anything today.
